Our referral program makes it simple for you to earn money on the commercial mortgages that don’t fit your guidelines. Here’s how it works:
Email the loan file to APEX at: apexmtg@apexmtg.com.

Application should provide at minimum:

• Loan amount requested
• Subject property address
• Name of borrower
• Contact information for borrower
• Use of funds
• Credit reports

You can also submit your deal via the form below.

In less than 24 hours, you will receive notice if we will move forward with the application. You will receive regular updates on the progress of each of your files. Within 48 hours of the funding of the loan, we will send you your fee.
