1. I just used my last coupon when will I receive a new book?
Coupon books are ordered annually based on the month of you first payment. For example, if your first mortgage payment was due in June your coupon book will be ordered every May and should be received in time to make you June payment.

5. My APEX loan is paid off, but the mortgage still appears open. Why?
When an APEX loan is paid off, the satisfied
mortgage documents are mailed to the borrower to be filed at the local
courthouse. If replacement documents are needed, Please click
here for the procedures.
6. When will I get a copy of my
1098?
1098's are mailed by the 31st of January every
year.
7. How do I get a copy of a
1098?
A written request must be received
signed by a borrower. During the first six months the current year form
will be reprinted at no charge. After 6 months we charge $25.00. We
will provide prior year 1098's for a charge of $50 per form. Requests
should be mailed to:
