Request a Payoff

Here’s what you need to do to request your payoff:

  • Write out or type up a request for a payoff. Make sure to include your loan number or property address and your signature or signed authorization.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:
    • Email the request to customerservice@apexmtg.com
    • Fax the request to 215-283-8885
    • Mail the request to 1 Walnut Grove Drive, Suite 300, Horsham, PA 19044
  • Customer service will verify your signature and will reply to your initial payoff request with a letter on APEX letterhead including your principal balance, instructions for ordering your payoff and the payoff processing form. Please note that in some instances, it may take up to 10 business days to process and verify the information necessary to produce an accurate payoff.

Request a Loan Balance

Here’s what you need to do to request your loan balance:

  • Write out or type up a request for your principal balance. Make sure to include your loan number or property address and your signature or signed authorization.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:
    • Email the request to customerservice@apexmtg.com
    • Fax the request to 215-283-8885
    • Mail the request to 1 Walnut Grove Drive, Suite 300, Horsham, PA 19044
  • Customer service will verify your signature and will reply to your request with a letter on APEX letterhead stating your principal balance.

Sign Up for Monthly Automatic Payments

APEX allows our borrowers to make automatic payments for their convenience.

Here’s what you need to do to request automatic payments:

  • Write out or type up a request for automatic payments. Make sure to include your loan number or property address and your signature or signed authorization.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:
    • Email the request to customerservice@apexmtg.com
    • Fax the request to 215-283-8885
    • Mail the request to 1 Walnut Grove Drive, Suite 300, Horsham, PA 19044
  • Customer service will verify your signature and send you a letter on APEX letterhead including instructions for enrolling in the APEX Monthly Debit for Automatic Payments program and the Automatic Debit for Monthly Payments form.

 

Request a Payment History

Your payment history is a record of your payment information going back more than 3 months. There is a $50.00 fee for a payment history which must be paid at the time the request is made.

Here’s what you need to do to request your payment history:

  • Write out or type up a request for your payment history. Make sure to include your loan number or property address, your signature or signed authorization, and a copy of a voided check to automatically debit the $50.00 fee.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:
    • Email the request to customerservice@apexmtg.com
    • Fax the request to 215-283-8885
    • Mail the request to 1 Walnut Grove Drive, Suite 300, Horsham, PA 19044
  • Customer service will verify your signature and send you your payment history.

Request 3 Months Payments Application Confirmation

APEX borrowers can request information about their last 3 months’ payments free of charge.

Here’s what you need to do to request 3 Months Payments Application Confirmation:

  • Write out or type up a request for this payment information. Make sure to include your loan number or property address and your signature or signed authorization.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:
    • Email the request to customerservice@apexmtg.com
    • Fax the request to 215-283-8885
    • Mail the request to 1 Walnut Grove Drive, Suite 300, Horsham, PA 19044
  • Customer service will verify your signature and will reply to your request with a letter on APEX letterhead with a breakdown of how and when your last 3 months’ payments were applied, as well as your current principal balance.

Update Mailing Address

Have you moved? Make sure to let APEX know your new mailing address!

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Let us know your new mailing address in writing, and include your signature or a copy of your updated driver’s license.
  • Send us your updated mailing address. Here’s how:
    • Email the information to customerservice@apexmtg.com
    • Fax the information to 215-283-8885
    • Mail the information to 1 Walnut Grove Drive, Suite 300, Horsham, PA 19044

Receive a Copy of the Mortgage Interest Statement (1098)

Here’s what you need to do to request a copy of your mortgage interest statement (1098):

  • Write out or type up a request for the commercial mortgage interest statement (1098). Make sure to include your loan number or property address and your signature or signed authorization.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:

  • Customer service will verify your signature and send you a copy of your mortgage interest statement (1098).

Request Copies of Documents from Closing

There is a $50.00 per copy of document fee for a copy of a document from closing which must be paid at the time the request is made.

Here’s what you need to do to request the copies:

  • Write out or type up a request for the copies of documents from closing. Make sure to include your loan number or property address, your signature or signed authorization, and a copy of a voided check to automatically debit the $50.00 per copy of document fee.
  • Send us the request. Here’s how:

  • Customer service will verify your signature and send the copy/copies.
